Corporation «UKRBUDINVEST»
The corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» was created as an association with the purpose of co-ordination of activity of its participants for determination of general economic and social tasks, providing the development of building industry, concentration of intellectual, technological, economical potential, skilled resources, increasing of efficiency of their use, achievement of world level of competitiveness on the basis of combination of production, scientific and commercial interests of participants.
The process of creation of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» was long. It is related with the necessity of following of all registration procedures and also getting permission receipt on concentration from the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine. All these took about year and on May, 21, 2008 it has begun its activity.
The corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» consists of the private enterprise «Ternopil firm «BUDIVELNYK» and eight participants, which conduct building in Ternopil and Ternopil region, Kyiv, Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
At the moment there are 9 enterprises in corporation, which are independent entities and provide all complex of building works from a project to complete building of civil and industrial objects, introduction of them to exploitation, providing in future normal and effective work.
As a result of creation of corporation, all participants got possibility more effectively use their skilled resources, technical potentials to co-ordinate their actions and get a necessary financial and technical help, provide more high-quality building in optimal terms for satisfaction of clients’ requirements.
