History of corporation

A constantly growing competition at the market and demand on habitation and commercial buildings stimulates building companies to construct more comfort and affordable housing habitation for people and commercial buildings which maximally satisfy the requirements of customers. Realization of these tasks requires from enterprises introduction of innovative methods not only in the process of building but also in the field of management.

A corporation is the most effective form of organization of building enterprises, because of possibility of mobilization of financial resources. It most important and special advantage from other forms of enterprise is an accumulation of capital, because of increasing of production and more effective using of limited resources. Through the market of capital issues it can consolidate the capitals of different sizes and entities for financing of modern directions of scientific and technical progress, increasing of production potential. Besides, it is simpler to increase production volumes for a powerful corporation. It allows getting a constantly growing income. It is important that corporation is more competitive form of enterprise at the market because of using of the newest methods of production.

A term «corporation» is determined as a contractual association, created on the basis of combination of production, scientific and commercial interests, with delegation of some centralized accreditation from the participants to the management of corporation.

Because of these reasons and with the purpose of increasing of competitiveness, leaders of 10 building enterprises made a decision about creation of corporation. As a result, the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine gave a permission on concentration and creation of corporation «Budivelnyk Industrial» on May, 20, 2008, with the followings enterprises: «Ternopil firm «BUDIVELNYK», «MARS-BUD», «ZHYTLO-COMFORT», «TERNOPIL TEPLO-COMFORT», «KERAMIKBUDSERVICE», «KRYMZHYLSPECBUD», «ZBK CONSOL», «DOK TERNOBUD», «TERNOBUDPLAST», «TERNOPIL SPECIALIZED AUTO ENTERPRISE 1901».

The name of corporation «Budivelnyk Industrial» was changed to «UKRBUDINVEST» by decision of Board of directors on August, 26, 2008.

Shchepanovskiy Zenoviy Vasylovych was elected as the president of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» by Board of directors on September, 16, 2008.
