Social programs
The social program or social responsibility of business is a difficult social-economic phenomenon. In most cases a term «social responsibility» is commitments which are carried by a firm before society, where it works.
Activity of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» and in particular all of its participants confirms the high level of understanding of social responsibility before society. It is not only declared by participants of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» but also high standards of social protection of workers are putted into practice.
The corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» takes care of spiritual revival of Ukrainian people. Management of «Ternopil firm «BUDIVELNYK», which is the main participant of corporation, came forward with initiative of building of church on Korolova str in Ternopil. Building of this object is fully carried out by the enterprise.
On September, 30, 2008 the management of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» putted the first brick into building of middle general school on 246 pupils of I-III degrees in village Gai Shevchenkivski of Ternopil district. Also the corporation «UKRBUDINVEST», and in particular «Ternopil firm «BUDIVELNYK», will build preschool on 60 children, will reconstruct a stadium and sporting ground. It is planned to complete the complex of works in two years.
The corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» and its participants help to develop science, culture and sport on Ternopil region.
Shchepanovskyy Zenoviy Vasylovych – the president of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST» – is the founder of Ternopil regional public organization «Sporting club «BUDIVELNYK» on the base of which there was created the «Volleyball club «BUDIVELNYK», which plays in the Major league of volleyball of Ukraine.
These social projects are only the first stage on the way of realization of the social program of corporation «UKRBUDINVEST». In the future it is planned to realize the chain of social projects which will be directed on improvement of society’s life by management of corporation.
